Bruce Grant is a Certified Master Inspector for Done Right Home Inspections and along with Chris who is a Certified Professional Inspector they form the back bone of our staff of professionals serving the Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and Muskoka district.
The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has, strict ethics, educational, and testing regulations, for obtaining membership. In addition ongoing training is a requirement for continuing membership.
Two inspectors on each inspection site allows us to cut on site wait times by about one third for busy clients. Using two inspectors and cutting inspection time by 1/3 rather than in half allows us as inspectors more total inspection time on site to give the client the best possible inspection. Where an average home inspection used to take about 3 hours on site, now that is reduced to 2 hours for an even more thorough inspection with two trained inspectors.
With less time on site required it will make arranging an inspection time a little easier for clients and realtors and it will be less inconvenient for sellers as well. Clients receive a better inspection with shorter inspection times but more inspector hours, and, more convenience for buyers and sellers alike, makes for a better inspection experience for all.
Done Right Home Inspections has a Licensed Electrician and a Licensed HVAC Technician on call. Available for Inspection purposes in the, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and Muskoka area they are largely required only for commercial inspections but they are available should a home or cottage inspection client wish additional information.
Like our structure inspectors, as part of our team they do not do any work on the homes, cottages, or commercial installations they inspect: but they are there if needed to inspect and advise.
