Having two inspectors and cutting home, cottage and commercial inspection time by one third rather than in half allows us more total inspection time on site to give the client the best possible inspection. Where an average home inspection used to take about three hours on site, now that is reduced to about two hours for an even more thorough inspection with two sets of trained inspector eyes. We can reduce waiting time on site for busy clients while the inspection is taking place while taking more time if required to explain any issues found and the importance of them to our clients.

A Better Report

Normally we take between 180 and 350 images of the building as a documentary of the home, cottage, or commercial building on the day of inspection. Our clients receive a detailed yet easy-to-read report with digital images of any deficiencies. All of the images are added to the end of the report for future reference.

Our report contains recommendations to correct or monitor any deficiencies noted in the inspection report and in addition links to articles relating to any deficiencies found are included as well.
